Job Description

Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing human resources recruiting, data management, new hire onboarding support for managers and employees, and support for additional data related functions of the business.


Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support all aspects of recruiting for the South territory
  • Accurate and timely data entry in HRIS for Employee Demographic Changes and position assignments
  • Auditing and reporting data within HRIS
  • New Hire Onboarding for specific assigned territories
  • Prepare and/or distribute HR reports
  • HR Training and support
  • Maintain employee files
  • Provide human resource data as requested, by management
  • Provide employee assistance as needed
  • Coordinate the compilation of staff and student compliance documents

Job Requirements



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of related experience in an HR or closely related business position required
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in HR administration as well as recruitment and onboarding support is preferred
  • Experience supporting off-site managers through e-mail and the telephone with human
    resources needs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
